I really don't think it's either, Don. Obviously an internal dispute.

You are probably correct. Someone is suing someone for what someone thought they said that someone said / did. However, to take a persons name off and make it so obvious is interesting. It is obvious that the person that was there is no longer affiliated with them.

To me, it is a bit like putting duct tape over it, the change of color is so obvious that it conveys a subtle message as well.
