Las Vegas Strip Club Bangs it out in Court

The topless dancers at Sapphire are suing ( and being counter sued) over working rules and conditions at the club. This is a really interesting article. Hw do you feel about their rules for the workers? Should they be able to date customers off the clock? Should they have to work a set minimum six hour shift? Are some of these rules just stupid??

The rules look to me as an attempt to shield the club from prosecution on pimping charges. If the dancer can leave with a customer, or date them after work, the possibility of prostitution seems pretty obvious. I think prostitution should be legal, but while it isn't, the club seems to be trying to protect itself.

Word has it that the women who work in those places have a lot of complaints about a lot of things.
