Drive out Sahara west until you drive over Arville. Start looking across the street to your left and you will see "The Egg and I". Pull in and have breakfast. Full of locals.
There is also another place at Charleston and Rancho, in the shopping center on the right. It is a locals place. The Mayor eats there sometimes, some fed and county and city guys, once and a while the Gov'll drop by and eat. Very unpretentious, good food, nice people and good sized helpings.
Go further up Sahara to Sahara and Decatur. In the south east corner is an Eisenstein bagels. There is also one across from UNLV on the Boulevard. <Maryland Parkway>.
